Functional Review

The Functional Reviews list displays functional review requests assigned to you by reviewers.

The status of each request is indicated as follows:

Completed: Requests you have finished.

Pending: Requests you haven't completed yet.

Overdue: Pending requests that have passed their due date.

Click on a specific request to view and add details.

Functional Impact: Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu that describes the impact of the change control request.

Risk Scale: Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu that indicates the level of risk associated with the change control request.

Enter your comments regarding the functional review of the change control request. This section might be used to document any concerns you have or to highlight areas that need further clarification.

Click the "Save" button if you want to temporarily save your progress on the functional review and come back to it later. This will not submit the review to the reviewer.

Click the "Submit" button if you want to finalize and submit your functional review to the reviewer.
