# Audit Trail Report

An Audit Trail Report log provides a detailed record of all actions taken within the document. Enter the document number to be viewed in the Search document number lookup box and click search.

You can opt to sort the files based on "Document No” in either ascending or descending order, or you can alternatively decide to cancel the sorting process altogether.

&#x20;  You can filter the documents based on “Category”, “Project Name” and “Department”, , “by     clicking the filter icon next to these fields.
