Withdrawn

This section displays document versions which are withdrawn during the document lifecycle management.

Document version are withdrawn in two scenarios,

• When a new document version is published, the previous version gets automatically get withdrawn as an "Obsolete document version".

• When a document is no longer in use, user can initiate document version withdrawal. On approval, the respective document version is removed from archived document version list (Effective list) to withdrawn document version section.

Note: Document cannot be cancelled once document is published. Instead it can only be withdrawn.
