CAPA Reports

The CAPA Reports section provides comprehensive information on individual CAPAs, including their initiation details, implementation steps, effectiveness checks, and related documents. To view a specific CAPA, simply click on its corresponding entry. You can download or print a CAPA by clicking the respective icons near the relevant numbers.

Additionally, you can filter and sort these reports based on various criteria to find the information you need. To search for a specific CAPA, enter its control number in the search box located at the top of the table.
