Dashboard

When you log into your account, you will arrive at your Account Dashboard, having details about the documents created.

The Dashboard provides a visual representation of the number of CAPA requests at various stages in the CAPA management workflow, including CAPA plan initiation, Action item notification, CAPA Plan verification, CAPA Plan approval, CAPA implementation, CAPA closure, effectiveness check, and retirement. These metrics will vary based on the selected filter option.

A. Filters

To View the Status of documents created by you, click on the Requests icon at the upper right of the window and select my requests. To View the status of documents created by all the employees, select All Requests.

Click the Filter icon and select the desired timeframe in the calendar, the status of all documents created in the specified timeframe will appear.

B. Data Perspectives

Within the dashboard interface, users have the flexibility to switch between ‘Table View’ and ‘Graphical View’ for data presentation.

Selecting ‘Table View’ will present the information in a structured, grid-like format allowing for easy comparison and analysis of details across different stages of the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.

Opting for ‘Graphical View,’ on the other hand, will transform data representation into visual graphs or charts that provide an immediate visual summary of the current status and progress within each stage.
