Verifier

The verifier acts as a gatekeeper, reviewing and confirming the root cause analysis (RCA) before notifying the action owner to develop a corrective action plan (Add RCA and Send Action Item Notification). Once implemented, the verifier confirms its effectiveness (Verify CAPA and Accept Implementation or Verify CAPA and Accept and Close Implementation).
