CAPA Monitoring

After CAPA implementation by the action-owner, CAPA Monitoring tracks the effectiveness of the actions to ensure lasting improvement, determining the plan's success. The effectiveness check will be trigged automatically on the verifier-specified date or within the specified period.

To initiate a new effectiveness check for an implemented CAPA plan, click "Create Request" and select "Effectiveness Check."

A new screen will appear, enter the control number in the search field

In the list, select the CAPA number for which you want to create an effectiveness check. Click "Search" to proceed.

A form with the details of the CAPA Implemented will open, scroll to the Add Effectiveness Check

Select the “Check type” from the drop-down list and fill all the fields with respective data.

To add more than one Effectiveness check, click “+” icon, to remove an added Effectiveness check click “- “icon.

Click “Submit” to forward the effectiveness check to the verifier.
