Sometimes, the action owner decides that certain actions should be taken by the vendor. These action items will be forwarded by the action owner to the vendor.

Once the action item is forwarded to the vendor. The vendor will receive an email with an action item. Click the "Click here" link in the email to access the iControl application. Enter your password to log in.

To login with OTP,click "Login via OTP" to receive a verification code to your email. Enter the code to log in. If you don't receive the code, click "Resend".
