CAPA/Deviation Approval

To approve a CAPA plan, the approver needs to click on the specific CAPA they want to review from the CAPA Plan Approval Worklist.

Once the CAPA plan is open, the approver reviews all the details. And fill the approval form. If needed, they can use the "Add Link Request" to link further information. They can upload any relevant documents by clicking "Click to Upload."

The Approver can send the document for Send for second level approval by selecting it.

Finally, the approver has the authority to:

  • Approve the CAPA plan: If they are satisfied with the CAPA plan, they can initiate its implementation by clicking a button like "Initiate CAPA Implementation."

  • Reject the CAPA plan: They can decide that CAPA implementation is not required and reject the plan.

  • Cancel the CAPA plan: They can also choose to completely cancel the CAPA plan.
