Revise Document
To revise a document click "Revise document".

When a new screen opens, enter the document number you intend to revise into the designated lookup box.

After selecting the document number, a window displays the details of the chosen document. You can then make the necessary edits and choose to either save it as a draft or initiate it.
If you choose "Save as draft," the document will be stored in the "Author Draft Documents" section.
If you opt for "Initiate," the document will be listed under the "Author Pending Documents" section, where you have the option to edit the document further, send it to a reviewer, or assign it to others.
