Verify RCA/CAPA Plan

The verifier evaluates the CAPA initiated by the initiator. The verifier creates action items and sends it to the responsible person (who becomes the action owner for that items). This section, like section 5, offers similar functionalities for filtering, assigning, and sorting data. You can use the same instructions mentioned previously to access these features.

To review a particular CAPA/Deviation request sent by the initiator, click the request listed under Action Item Notification Work List.

Click Edit icon if you want to edit the product details.

Click “+ Add Action Item” to add action items.

Fill out the details requested in the pop-up screen by selecting the appropriate options from the dropdown menus and entering any necessary description.

Upon completing the details, select "Add" to continue or "Cancel" to terminate the action item.

The action item will be saved as a notification in the Action Items list. The verifier can edit or delete the item by clicking the corresponding icons.

When you've finalized the action item details, click "Raise Action Item" to send the notification to the assigned owner(s).

After raising an action item, CAPA will move to the Action owner work list.

The Action item can be reverted by clicking the respective revert action item icon.
