CAPA Monitoring

This is done to Verify Effectiveness Check.

An effectiveness check can be accessed in the CAPA monitoring submenu. To view a specific CAPA, click on the CAPA number.

Enter the details in the “Check Effectiveness Verifier Form”.

Propose New Check: Clicking this option triggers the creation of a new effectiveness check. This might be necessary if the initial check wasn't comprehensive enough, or if new information has come to light.

Re-do Check: Clicking this option routes the effectiveness check back to the initiator. This could be done if the verifier feels the initial check wasn't completed thoroughly or requires additional details.

Retire Check: Clicking this option closes the current effectiveness check. This would be used if the verifier is satisfied with the results of the effectiveness check and believes no further action is needed.

If Propose New Check is selected, additional fields to enter the check type and the interval will be displayed.

If the form is submitted the effectiveness check will be closed.
