Cancel CAPA Plan

Verifier can cancel CAPA plan directly or via Approver by entering appropriate cancellation reason. This option is available only for Verifier and Approver. Hence cancellation request to be routed either by initator or action owner to Verifier

Verifier can access Verification form and select Cancel CAPA Plan. Cancellation reason to be mandatorily captured.
