CAPA/Deviation Verification

Once the RCA and CAPA plan is submitted by the action owner to the verifier, the assigned verifier can access the details by clicking the corresponding CAPA number which will be present under the RCA Verification Work List.

Once the CAPA is opened, Within the verification form, the RCA Investigation and CAPA Plan section will be displayed. Here, the verifier can review the RCA summary by clicking the "RCA Summary" View icon.

The verifier can verify the RCA using the respective icons. After reviewing the RCA details, the verifier can accept or reject the RCA by clicking the respective buttons.

After verifying the RCA, the verifier retains the option to revert the verification by clicking the appropriate icon. If the verifier chooses to revert the action item, it will be returned to the action owner.

The verifier can access the CAPA plan details by clicking either the "CAPA Summary" icon or the "View" icon under the Action section.

The verification process requires the verifier to accept the RCA, fill in details on the verification form, and potentially add link requests (using the "+ Add Link Request" button) or upload supporting documents. Submission of the verification form is only possible once all action owners have completed and submitted their RCA and CAPA plans. The verifier then has the authority to accept or reject the entire package. If any action item remains incomplete, the verification form cannot be submitted.
