Periodic Review Log

This subsection has a log of events related to the periodic review of the document. If you want to look for any documents in the list, enter the document number in the "Search Document No." look up box. You can export, download, and print the list by clicking the respective icons in the top right corner.

You can use the filter option to narrow down the list according to your preference.

You can opt to sort the fields “Document No", "Effective Date", "Periodic Review Planned Due Date", "Periodic Review Initiation Date" and "Periodic Review Actual Date" in either ascending or descending order, or you can alternatively decide to cancel the sorting process altogether.
