Create template

To create a template, navigate to the "Create Template" section located within the Template side menu bar.

In the template creation interface, you'll find fields to input information about the template. These fields typically include:

a. Template Name: Enter a descriptive name for your template. This name should make it easy to identify the template when you need to use it in the future.

b. Template Type: Select the appropriate template type from the available options.

c. Department Name: Choose the department or category that this template is associated with. This helps in organizing and categorising templates for easy retrieval.

d. Project Name: If the template is specifically related to a project, select the project name from the dropdown menu.

You have two choices for creating a template, "Create Online" and "Upload," based on your specific needs. Select the option that aligns with your requirements.

a. Create Online: If you want to create the template from scratch within the platform, check the "Create Online" option and click the "Create Template" button. Your template will be saved in the designated "My Templates" section.

b. Upload: If you already have an existing document (a Word document or a PDF) that you'd like to convert into a template, click the "Upload" option. You will be prompted to select the document file from your local environment. After selecting the file, click "Create Template" the document will be saved as a template in your "My Templates" section.
